Recruitment Co-ordinator ? Marbella (with travel)

Our client is looking for an extremely pro-active recruiter to work within the HR department based in Marbella. Previous experience in recruitment is not essential. You may have been or are working in a Sales environment and are looking for a change. You will be responsible for recruiting all sales staff whether they are already based on the Costa del Sol or come from the rest of Europe. This position will also involve some travel (1/2 days every 3 to 4 weeks) to the other offices where you will be actively involved in organization of the recruitment days. This will include vetting CVs, arranging face to face interviews and attending interview days. If you know the job market already on the Costa del Sol this would be an advantage.
