Cheap schools in Madrid for Student Visa

I'm American and I work online. I wanted to enroll in a reasonably price school to get a Student Visa for Spain. I already have a degree so I'm not looking for college credit. I'd like to study Spanish as well. I'd even be willing to pay for a school and not attend and maybe find a cheap language school in Madrid. So any ideas of any school that will allow me to get a student visa.

I've seen this answer a few times. I have to ask: How do you get into the EOI and get the paperwork necessary to secure a student visa given the need to solicit the visa out of Spain?

I have the same question. Its a catch 22 for EOI.
