My partner needs to obtain a "Certificado de Penales" for our application for permanent residency in Australia. The Australian immigration department have already lodged an application for the certificate on our behalf and its now been 10 weeks waiting and we're still nowhere near getting it back.
We live in the UK and we we're thinking about heading over to Spain as I know you can make a personal application, but i have tonight found a company on the internet who undertake the service for you. Their website is:

Just wondering if anyone has had experience of them as using a company like this would save us taking valuable time off work. Think the cost works out around 82euros.
Alternatively, does anybody know of any other companies who offer a similar service
