I would like to know how many people have noticed that on the movistar accounts for May/June that was invoiced on the 1 July that everybody was charged 18% IVA. The way i understand the 18% IVA should only apply on telephone calls from the 1 July and not before. I contacted Movistar and they said it was all legal and they are doing this according to the law. I wonder how legal that is as they must have made a few million euros more.
Has Anybody noticed on their movistar accounts.
