I may start to record any contact I have with Telefonica in case they( or anyone else ) needs to be reminded of what was said in previous phone calls ( IE- contradicting information or rudeness etc. ) I have found this little device (www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=18466&C=Maplin&U=SearchTop&T=RECORD%20TELEPHONE%20CONVERSATIONS&doy=2m4) which is very reasonably priced.
It's a UK device but it should work over here.
