Tax Embargo

Hi... Just a quick question... I have recently discovered a tax embargo on my Spanish bank (it's a resident's account) and I think it's because a previous employer (from 2.5 years ago!!) did not make tax payments on my behalf. I have stamped 'nominas' for the time period worked, stating that tax and social security deductions were made, and I was in full belief that the company I worked for were genuine and legal, however I feel they were not (not really a surprise given the amount of liars on the Costa del So!). I am going to the tax office tomorrow to get a clearer idea of what's going on, however I was hoping in the meantime someone could possible give me the tiniest bit of hope that I would get the money back!! Any ideas or inspiration? :)
