A highly successful Fund company are seeking a Legal Executive or Paralegal to work from their Gibraltar based offices.
The role will be to constantly review the prospectus for Funds currently under management against the applicable laws of Ireland and the Cayman Islands and also to be involved in the creation of new prospectus for anticipated new Funds. New Funds will also be required to comply to the regulations of Austria, Germany and Sweden.
In line with anticipated Fund growth & expansion across European jurisdictions, the successful applicant will be required to liaise with lawyers within these jurisdictions ensuring legal requirements are met and working in conjunction with the Compliance Department, ensure that Funds for these regions can quickly be brought to market.
In addition to prospectus maintenance and development it is anticipated that the successful applicant will work closely with the compliance department in regard to meetings of the Boards of the Funds and the Investment Management Company.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants will have previous legal experience with a knowledge of either Funds or Investment Banking an extreme advantage.
