Hello everyone,
My name is Nayem. I'm a non-eu citizen and i have married a polish girl and then we both came to Spain. On 01/10/2010 i have applied for my Residence Card as a family member of EU citizen. and now i'm waiting for the letter from police office where i applied. My question is, how long is the validity will be for my residence card ??? I wrote for 1 year on EX-16 form. So they will give me for 1 year or more ? And my another question is, After how many months i will get that letter from police office. its already passed 2 months. I'm living in Barcelona and illegally because i don't have valid residence card. Just waiting for this residence card. Please if anyone know about these then help me.
