I have done good experinece with a good Course in Madrid. The name of the course is Vision Lingua. The teachers are good and the course is cheap. If you want to look here the website: http://www.visionlingua.com/en/
Good luck !!!
I would suggest you do intercambios or make some Spanish friends. I know it’s not as professional as an academy would be but you do end up learning a lot of Spanish just hanging around Spanish people. I’m sure if you google intercambios you’ll find a lot of people willing to trade English for Spanish. It’s all about practice!
