I have recently opened an account with ING Direct here in Spain but to make deposits I have to send them something known as a Certificado de Union Europea. Does anyone know where to get this?
I have a British passport, a NIE and my empadronamiento so I don't understand why I need it, but anyway...I guess it's necessary.

Pretty sure this is the same document as the Spanish Residencia document...
