Hi Everyone

Please can someone help me, I have a parcel stuck in customs in Madris which was sent from America. I have recieved me Adviso from and have faxed it back but still no response, i know i need to pay import tax as the parcel contents were worth more than the 150 euro threshold but i cant seem to contact them or move on witht the procedure…..I just want my parcel!!!

Does anyone have any advice on what i need to do next? Or has anyone been through the same thing that can share their experience and how they finally got their parcel?
