Hi everyone, I am a bit of a newbie to this so you will have to bear with me. I have recently decided to upsticks and move to spain. I do have a prospective position in a university to work however I have a primary aged child. My query is do I need to provide my court order from the UK when I apply for a primary school place for my son as well as the full birth cert etc. and are there any other details for him that I will need to submit other than the necessary passports and ID??

Actually, there are a lot of can be requirements for studing in any school, especially a foreigner, you can learn more about lists of document for Spain school, here’s a little from these - pictures 3 by 4 cm, Subscription in Spain (taken in the administration - Ayuntamiento), Copies of foreign passports of parents and children, Copy of the birth certificate of a child with an apostille, translated into Spanish, Copy of N.I. parents, Schedule of vaccinations, certified by a Spanish pediatrician, Good luck!
