Hi,

I was wondering if It is possible to work for a company based in Spain from another country in the EU. Would I be considered non-resident under the Spanish law?

Essentially I need to know if this scenario is possible (legal) and how much would I have to pay in taxes in Spain? Also, an annual salary in Spain is divided by 12 months or more like in some other countries?
