Hello bigdog,

I have been working for a Spanish employer for the last 2 years and I know how you feel. I thought I should know about my rights and duties. The cornerstone for that is the Estatuto del Trabajador, which regulates most things like holidays, payments etc.
You can see the above mentioned law here: http://noticias.juridicas.com/base_datos/Laboral/rdleg1-1995.html
-it is in Spanish. What exactly is it that you think is not correct with your boss?

Hope you find it helpful.
