Hi, are you looking to buy or rent?  Both rental and resale prices are reducing at an astronomical rate at the moment so there are some real bargains to be had.  As for jobs, I?ll be honest and say they are a little difficult to find right now but it does depend on the type of job/work you are looking for. Hello, no I don’t know the area, my parents know the area - they may move with me, still working on them ! I have two properties that I need to sell here first before I can think about it looking at the rental market. Plus the ex-husband scenario - not sure how that’s going to play out either !  Do you know the area? I would like to move to a place outside of the main areas, but still close enough for schools and work etc. Sny suggestions?

If you don?t really know the area, then I?d suggest renting before buying.  An area close to Villamartin is Playa Flamenca, people do tend to seek this area mainly because of the school that I understand has a good rating and reputation as well as a market.  Maybe come over for a holiday to get a feel for the area.
