I live in the US and my sister moved to Barcelona recently. She left her laptop computer and I need to send it to her. Is it better to use a service like DHL or UPS or just the International Priority Mail via US Postal Service?

I am concerned about customs and restrictions on electronic items as they might be seen as valuable items like jewelry. The laptop isnt a cheap one. The last thing I want is for it to get held up in some customs facility for a month or confiscated.

Please help.

explan to that She left her laptop after holidaying in the Usa , and your returning to her , You need put in the Customs Declaration form that was left behind and was bought in Spain . and donot add the USA charge are give it away
DHL or UPS would be the best as door to door
you need to add the rest off here details aswell

So your suggestions are:

Send via UPS or DHL

Declare on Customs Form that the laptop was bought in spain and left on a holiday.

I didnt understand the bit about USA charge that gives it away. Please clarify.

Thank you
