We have a problem in our small community of getting one member to pay their community fees, Our lawyer says that it would be too costly for us to pursue the matter! I understand that there is a system within Spain called “Profeso Monetario” which allows an ordinary member of a community to take a non-paying member to court without the need of a solicitor. can anyone give me more details please.
