ok all, hum..ill give a brief history behind my method of madness
Im uk citizen, at moment unemployed on DWP, though soon hope to be self employed,,etc etc
have had a three year relationship and engaged to a Peruvian who resides in Peru,we hope to marry in Peru which looks like to be early 2010…
She also is unemployed, and relies on me and her close family for food and money,although soon, to be in a position to recieve pensions etc…
My mother is long time resident card holder and lives in a campo outside a small village in Murcia, recently her esposo passed away, and the thought of her alone ...well i guess you can imagine.
Anyway, im hoping to kill two birds with one stone, that is find a way for my fiancee to go and sepnd some time with my mother, then my costs of seeing and being with my fiancee are going to be much less, we both also have one child, so we are wanting that we can unite our children also….
have done lots of searching and reading, and aware of some of the various visas available, though still do not know which is the best road to go down that will give us more of a chance.
money is no probem, i am in a postion to place enough money into her name
my mother is prepared to submit a letter of invite
and my fiancee is welcomed to stay at my mothers, who has the accomodation
we are not seeking a permanant move( though be great if possible), only a visit of hopefully 3 months and if possible extend the stay of an extra 3 months.
i know all visa entries in europe and getting harder by the day….so….can anyone advise which would be our best options that are most likely to work for us ..if any , most places if read at all seem to be negative with our chances :-(
