my sister with her husband and child had come to spain on tourist visa.they liked spain and want to settle here.but the problem is tat thier tourist visa is expire.pls let know if they can apply for resident visa here in spain and how much will it cost too.

Do any of them have a Full Time Job (With Contract) Or Do they own a business thats been Set up for more than 6 months and employees at least 2 people?

If the answer to the above is no and there Holiday Visa has run out they will have to Return or Apply at the airport again for an extended visa..

Bare in Mind Spain has “Suspended” Visa/Permit to allow Outside EU (Except Holiday Visas Of Course) citizens to stay and find work as Spain now has 4.2 million Spanish people unemployed…
