A new first floor extension is being constructed adjoining my property.

Two windows, patio doors and sun terrace are being constructed directly looking into my property.

This is going to severly affect all privacy on that side of my villa.  The front of the terrace is only 2 metres away from the boundary wall.

Please could you let me know what regulations are in place to protect my privacy.

Thank you

These can vary from region to region - I suggest you go to the local town hall and speak to their planning dept, take an interpreter if you dont speak Spanish - if they are contravening the law take out a denuncia, try to get the work stopped now as once it is built is will be too late.
