i had gone thru the lawyer,he said tat there are two ways to avail the visa.one if by luck the govt opens the cupo or the quota,secondly sit here for three years and then apply for a visa.please if anyone can tell me if tat is right or there is any other possible way once if you hv entered spain.

AS I have been saying The Spanish Government have Tightened there belt with Immigration…

Sorry The Lawyer / Solicitor gave you false Information or that you are being dishonest to the Forum..

I do not support Illegal Immigration and believe everything should go through proper channels.

If your caught without a visa or permit to be here (Which the Police and Immigration Officials are Clamping down on) you be remanded case heard and sent back to your country of Origin
