I take it you have an English Court Order that needs to be enforced here in Spain..
If So take note of the following…
When A Court of A European Country makes a “Court Order” to Someone or For Something in another country IE Europe it does not necessarily mean that the country that the “Court Order Issued to” will carry it out
UNLESS THE FOLLOWING….. (1.2.3 Updated Since the G20 Meeting London 2009)
1) Terrorism
2) Money Laundering
3) “Other Fraud”
4) Murder
5) Paedophile / Risk To Life / or Risk to Others / Risk to Itself.
If its none of the above There will be another Court Case (In The Country The Order was Made too) to review ?The Court Order” and see if there is any Legal issues with there Country’s Laws. (In Other Words another Expense)
If its for “debt” or “Property Repo” (Secure or Non Secure Debt) I wish you luck as in Spain there is a 10 year back log in over seas Court orders and its high risk nothing happens as a Spanish Judge always Denys the order To that country unless for one of the things above…..
I hope the above makes sense to you I studied EU Law for 5 years and its the most difficult and pain taking task!!!!!
I wish you a lot of luck with your task at hand…
