We are looking to exchange our two year old detached villa in Kushadasi Turkey, it has 500 sq meters of land and is on two floors with terraces and balustrading the views are absolutely stunning, it has a view of two mountains and is in the middle of an olive grove, it is fully furnished with brand new furniture and has a marble kitchen, we are having to relocate back to Spain due to family illness over there, it is one km from ladies beach and there is kippa and factory outlets, we are half an hour from samos on a ferry from kushadasi port. The cost of living is very cheap at the moment the house has solar panels.
