I am looking at pisos en Sevilla and found one I like at a resaonable price. I found this piso on line through an agency and want to make sure I proceed in the right manner. I do not want to be taken advantage of as I am from the United States and this is my first time buying a property, also I am paying in cash and will not have the added insurance of a bank behind me. So I saw this piso last night with the agent and today I recieved an email from the owner saying?if you buy the house directly from me instead of going through the agent I will sell it to you for 5,ooo euros less.? To me this seems unfair and a bit tricky but maybe this is normal here….has anyone had similar experiences? Also I want to be on the safe side and hire a lawyer, can anyone recommend me here in Sevilla? Any advice will be greatly appcreiated. muchias griacias
