Hello
I would like to get some feedback on an Idea we have. two couples buying a property together one with say two or more livable dwellings on site,  we have owned property in New Zealand,New Mexico,Canada,Spain, UK,  pretty handy having built two homes from scratch, remodeled two also/  we are in our early sixties pretty fit,  been sailing for years and now about to settle in Spain.
we like rural,  Granada area sounds interesting,(for the skiing/weather)  eco modifications has some interest for us,  we have cash for our part and the plan is to start looking after the new year.

Hope this sound sincere?  please send any ideas you have we can swap address’s later

Good luck and best wishes! There’s a book between you somewhere. If buying property in Spain; especially a nice rural finca, and bringing to bear your skills and experience, you’re likely to be spoiled for choice. There are some unbelievable bargains to be had. The only hard bit? Deciding which.
All I would add is that I think the Costa Blanca has a lot more to offer; ticks more boxes than the other Costas. I wish I had your problems :o) Hey, have a good one!
