.my names.the name of the person am working for .it is a diplomatic identity .it expired from july 7th upto date i dont have a residential identity card.please advise me what to do because my employer seem not to take any action concerning another identity card.can i renew it online and go pick it .please help me what to do am so stressed about it because i cant even purchase some of the things in the shops because i most of the time love paying through the bank.

the name of tghe identty card is for espana.minesterio de asuntos exteriores y de cooperacion.document de identad diplomatico

you are then considered part of the diplomatic service,
i suppose you pasport is the one called the official or service passport.
this card is issued by the ministry of foreign affairs to consular personnel.
your embassy or consul must take the steps to renew it.
if they do not want to renew it. bad luck. you have to go back to your country.

yes i have a passport and it was only for three months visa which is already gone.and i want to purchase contract items and get a loan in my bank .why my visa was written that i will be given a residential aftre 90 days in spain how comes the id was for only thre months and not renewed upto now and am still working for the same company.

but if the card is diplomatic it is not a residence card.

**you are officially connected to your embassy.
**you do not have residence and/ work permit

if your diplomatic card is expired,
**you may be considered an illegal alien
you must have the diplomatic card renew, insist at your embassy.

sorry i have a regular passport for my country.and the diplomatic id has expired.am tired of following them up and down to renew my id. can i renew my visa and where can i go coz am here for four years .no am not working for the embassy.please tell me what to do .because i need to do my own things,but every where i go am told my id is not valid.

If you are indeed a “Official Diplomat of Your Country” you should be dealing with your EMBASSY direct not a Expat site.

My feeling is that your here illegally and looking for a way to stay (Which is fine) just cut the bull of Diplomat as I personally think your speaking BS…

Either way you look at it… its better you go to your Embassy to get all your paperwork straightened out…

I am yet to see any President or diplomat ask for Diplomatic Paperwork work assistance from a Expat Forum..
Sorry… as Diplomats go straight to there embassy’s for assitance or there boss…

visas cannot be renewed.
you are now practically illegal

if you have been in spain for 4 years, you can apply for residency thru arraigo social or arraigo laboral
use your regular passport in these case. and you have to look for an employer.

many times diplomats bring with them personal assistants or servants from their countries to their posts abroad.
these people will be carrying service or official passports, because if they carried regular passport, they would be denied visas.
