Hi all!

Short Intro….. Husband & myself both 35, married no kids yet, hubby suffers from UK SAD so we need sun! We rent in Uk, have no debts, equally no savings, hubby is qualified carpenter, im not currently working. We would like to live abroad, out of rat race thats is uk, away from traffic 24/7 and grey weather.  Would like better quality of life and slower pace. Dont want to get rich, just rent a nice home, not nec on beach, in land fine, hubby work, me start family .  Think spain would be great, but how the heck do we go about stating , planning etc>!

Where is good to live?
What would the job Prospects be for carpenter?
Where is best to find accomodation to long term rent?
What would be average income for hubby and living costs?
Down side?

Where is good to live? ... where you look for ? spain big and has lot to offter

What would the job Prospects be for carpenter? .... same as Uk , there 4 million on the Dole , unmployment paymnets , building is stand still here

Where is best to find accomodation to long term rent? ... rent from sea side can start at 500 euros per month for 2 bedroom apartment

What would be average income for hubby and living costs .. cost can be cheap abut bit more then the uk , avg wage is 1, 200 euros pm

Down side? ... good weather , to many pubs and lot out work here , no jobs

but getting better , soon i hope
