Hi, we are moving to Sevilla arounf the end of Feb 2010 and are looking for an apartment/townhouse/flat to rent for about 6 months. We are looking in the older part of town, Santa Cruz would be ideal.
Can anyone recommend an agent or know of a property for rent. We would like something reasonably spacious with two bedrooms minimum and aircon would be nice of course 😊

Hi, my experience is that you will not be able to arrange things in advance, a couple of weeks a most, also the centre of Seville is expensive, have you considered somewhere out of the centre? I live outside of Seville and now with the metro, I can be in the centre in 15 min.

thanks Happy Smiler for the reply. We are considering everything I guess. We’ve stayed in the centre of Seville before and it was reasonable, but I’m also aware that it’s seasonal with festival times being a premium.
I agree about the AC. We currently live in Perth and it’s a must have on the hight 30c -40c days and I know it gets that way in Seville.
