(Hope all had a good xmas etc)

Just had my Uncle on the phone he lives in Malaga and he heard on the News that The Government are to re-check Planning Permission for Andalucia but more so Malaga/Marbella areas…. aparently they want to go back 30 years of Planning laws due to the Coruption etc.

Please can someone please tell me if this is false or true??? as I am seeing on the News (From Canada) that there is talk of it weather its fact I am not sure… as I am sure this would open a HUGE CAN OF WORMS!

have been looking at media reports here and Not one think about it yet ..... keep my eye open but this could fine more problems , i would think and been chat two few about it

Cheers It does look like its semi true… As Jan 1st 2010 Prime Minister of Spain takes over the EU Leader ship and he promised the land grab will be reviewed hence why this other review with Analucia.. etc..
