We have been looking at the various ways of buying a home in Spain and came across the site above,  just wondering if anyone has used them or has any other comments on the subject?

They seem to say it would be in the buyer and sellers interest to consider this….

If you search this forum I think you will find a very exhaustive thread on this already established. Which if I remember boiled down to them saying it was a good idea and lots of others having their doubts. Suggest you take professional qualified advice.
