Please can someone advise me what is the new policy concerning renewing a sip card. I am being told you have to have private health insurance now in Spain, is this true?

what is a sip card?

A SIP card is issued in the Valencian region to access the Spanish national health service.

Recently there have been changes made to the system regarding who has access and more importantly who does not - remember this is for Valencia region only
