Having just imported a motor car into tthe Canary Islands,I drove the car though France and Spain on Jersey plates,but the car a left hand drive Bentley had already had the European tax paid in Belgium a few years ago.I have the receipt.It is exactly the same form and receipt as the one I received on paying the Euro tax in Las Palmas.Does anyone know if this is correct or is it double jepoardy.
The whole process has been a nightmare and taken about 7 months to complete,still waiting for final documentation,permiso,should have it in a day or two.
My question is can I get the Euro tax back?
