Does anyone have or know of people trying to sell in this part of the world?  we are looking for an interesting property 100 to 300 k,  don’t mind some mods etc.. we like rivers,,countryside for gardening ,  would love to do electrics via a water wheel,“pelton”  heating via geo thermal.. 
  any body into this out there?
