          I am Raul from Valencia .I entered here on tourist visa.I have a Switzerland tourist visa which was expired Actually I want get resident permit here bcoz my visa is expire few month before.Could u tell me how can I get the resident permit and NIE here. I am Indian citizen.i m working here as illegal . Please help me and let me know abt all procedure , documentation and processing time also tell me abt your consultation fee or how much it cost of all process. Pls tell me the easiest way for me and my wife.Pls also tell me my wife is pregnant . is there any possibility to get a citizenship for my future newborn baby.can Parents also stay legally wid the child ? Plz tell me how can I get the medical aid for my wife delivery.

Basically you are entitled to nothing from the EU, as you entered on a tourist visa and have been illegally working the only way the Spanish authorities will look into your case is when you have left and you re-apply using the correct legal process, I’m no expert but I’d also guess that if they no you have been fraudulent previously they’ll file your case in file 13, the bin, which without being too harsh I wouldn’t blame them.

The EU is not a good place for illegals to come at the moment, especially ones who do not contribute to our society and expect freebies in return for the lifestyle the rest have paid for.

The crisis is putting lots of strain on economies and to help prevent us from becoming third world countries such as India we have to protect the boarders from illegal immigration, so the system has become tougher.

I would urge you to leave, if anything happens and you need medical help or any other type of help you would be far better off back in your home country with family if you have it.
