There are a few scenarios to consider.

Is your son on the foto in you passport??  If so no problems.

Divorced/Seperated??  If so permission required from father to leave country
This requires 2 seperate passports.

If you do the tourist route, 180 days max w/passport stamp.  Take a boat
ride to Tangers where you will get exit/entrance of Shingen rule ( all the
EU countries ) then return to Spain.

Contact Spanish consulate near you.

hi again
thanks for the reply! we are not married. we just lived together. so there is no official divorce or separation.
do i still need permission from the father? i don’t understand the trip to Tangers and its purpose.

my son has his own passport. so is the solution to cancel his passport and put him on my passport?
but i heard lots of single mothers who travel to live abroad without permission from father. or is this the rule in spain?
