Hi!

We are Russians and planning to buy apartments (or a house, depends on price) in Spain, mostly for vacations, but in future for residence. We were more keen on Benidorm, seems to be nice, attractive, weather is nice all year round. But probably we don’t know some hints where better to buy?
What we want:
1. 2 bedrooms apartments in more or less new construction (year 2006-2010), 90-100sq.m.
2. Not a big city like Barcelona, bot not also a village. SOmethin like Benidorm
3. Not far from beach
4. Mild climate
5. Things to do, parks, bars, restaurants, sport clubs, etc.

What I’ve also learnt, in spite that Benidorm is on the South and very popular, real estates there is cheaper then in the North, Costa Brava for example. I can’t understand, why?

Thanks a lot!!!

Thank you very much. Weather is very important for us:).
Could you also advise if health service is good in Benidorm, does it have primary and intenational schools? Do Spanish people treat nice foreigners?
Thanks alot.
