Afternoon all.

I’m planning on moving to Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) in September and am trying to find out what paperwork my wife will need to live with me in Spain.
I’m a Brit, and for myself - as I understand it - I can just apply for the relevant papers with form Ex16.
For my wife, I’m not so sure.
I’ve read that she may have to go back to the Phils and get a visa, is that correct?
Does anyone know the details about which paperwork she will need?
We got married in Cambodia if that makes a difference…

as filipino citizen, she needs a visa issued by the spanish consulate in cambodia if she is a legal resident in cambodia or in the philippines. try to contact the spanish consulate in cambodia first to know what they require for her to get an eu family member resident visa.
