Am an American and EU citizen living in Belgium, planing on retiring in Spain where I will marry my Chinese fiance. She will be co-owner of a business in June 2011 in Spain, the question arises how does this affect her legally living in Spain?

Which are you an american or eu citizen? do you hold an EU passport or do you just have EU residency?

I have dual nationality, Belgian and American and presently live now in Belgium

it would be best that you marry each other or register yourselves as partners in belgium where she has a belgian student visa, so she can get a belgian eu family member residence card. once she gets that, she only has to change it to a to a spanish eu family member residence card when both of move here and after you get your certificate of registration as an eu citizen living in spain.
