Can a non-Spanish citizen resident in Spain register a Will there?

Greetings!

The profile of the subject of this question:
—- has acquired (permanent) residence in Spain;
—- possesses overseas nationality (and travels on overseas passport);
—- pays taxes, contributes to Social Security, and works in Spain AND
—- has bank accounts and other liquid holdings in Spain but no real estate property

Question: Can a person of this profile write and register a Will (Certificado de Actos de ?ltima Voluntad)
in Spain?

True ...
In Spain you go to a Notary Public to draw a will. When I went, I was told that since Spanish notary public only know Spanish laws and I’m Italian national, my heirs could have problems to enforce my will since it’s the Italian law that applies to it ... That’s why I had my will drawn in Italy, by an Italian notary public, during one of my visits. The will disposes of what I own in Spain ...

You will will only stand up in spain , and not from where you come from , many want to recored it from where you come from aswell
spanish will stand up in EU law but not outside Eu ...
