HI

I have a house in Benimar, i usually visit every 8 weeks. I am still living in England and need to pay the tax due on the house ( i bought the house 1 yr ago). I have not recieved a bill and i am unsure of hoe to sort it out as i am in England, there is no direct debit set up, any help appreciated

If you mean Benimar Rojales - you need to go to a SUMA (they are the agency who collect this tax in the Alicante province) office - I think the closest to you maybe Torrevieja. Take you escritura and you can arrange payment and setup the direct debit. See the SUMA site http://www.suma.es
