My brother is looking to come to Spain to work, he has been banned from driving in the UK, he needs to know if he can take a Spanish driving test if he has driving convictions here

you will be ask if you banned in any outher EU country , if you dont tell them you could be lot off Trouble , if any think happens and yes you are banned in the uk so that will mean your spanish licence will not work in the UK

I am afraid Jurdy is right - when you apply for a Spanish license they ask if you have been banned - if you say No I think you would face some serious consequences - Hotel Guardia Civil is not recommended!

I have let him know. Thanks for your assistance with this. Just trying to be a good big sister and look out for my brother, i can understand that he may want to work out in Spain but do not want him getting into any trouble
