My parents took in an abandoned small Podenco, which had been roaming around our village and was very timid and dishevelled.

Unfortunately she also turned out to be pregnant, but beyond the point at which they could take her to the vets to have them terminated, without causing harm to the mother.

They now have six male puppies who all require good homes, free to anyone interested.

They’re all very friendly and used to being handled. At this moment, they’re 8 weeks old. My parents are keeping the mother, but are unfortunately unable to keep the puppies. If you can help, we would love to hear from you.

As you can see, they’re all lovely little chaps and they are all starting to develop their own distinct characters.

Just to update that we have managed to find homes for Puppy 3 and Puppy 5 - but we still need to urgently find homes for the remaining four puppies.

My parents will be taking the remaining four to out local vets to have their inoculations this week, so for anyone who is interested, that’s one thing less you’ll have to worry about.

I would also like to confirm that the puppies are not for sale, but free to good, caring homes.
