looking to move to the murcia area when i am made redundant in the near future . i will not be looking for work just peace and quiet.hoping to look for a villa with private garden as we will be bringing along 2 cats and 1 dog. a nice quiet residential area would be nice around 30 mins from beach. any ideas and views would be appreciated with any hurdle i may face

Assume you are an EU citizen (?) so no hurdles with visas etc.

Look at lots of different options - research!

You need not buy off plan - plenty of new ready now options (see what you are getting)

If you buy on a community make sure they allow pets

Make sure everything is 100% legal

Remember (big)  redundancy payments are UK taxable
