Hello all,

From cold, windy, rainy Dublin I bring warm greetings to you all on this Forum.

I am already impressed with it and look forward to contributing in the time ahead.

I have recently been bitten by the bug of Lanzarote and now want to live there. Well, if you lived in The Rainy Isle for 40+ years, wouldn’t you?

Any advice or help gratefully received. Any chance of a villa in Puerto Calero at a bargain price?

For now, my best wishes to you all.

Franco.

Dear Friend,

Thank you for your kind, prompt and good-humoured welcome! I must to bed (my clocks have leapt forward suddenly). I will catch up with you soon. Goodnight!
