Hi, I need advice about divorce. I live in Spain with one daughter(4yrs). I married her father 3 years ago and we have been separated for nearly a year. The family home belongs to me and I am still living in it. According to a Spanish lawyer I have spoken to he can have no claims to my house and `i will not be forced to sell it. (I have no other assets). We were married in Gibraltar but it seems we are more under the Spanish law as we both and our daughter are here, neither of us have residency. I am thinking about an internet divorce as it is so much cheaper but can only find UK websites for this, I am not sure if it is better to pay a lawyer to get the best results. I just need advice.
Thank you
