My name is Michelle and I moved to Denia 5 weeks ago with my husband Martin and 2 daughters, Alex 17 years and Harriet 5 years.

We would really appreciate any help or advice anyone could offer on schools for our 5 year old who is due to start in September.  As anyone living here in Denia you will understand the difficulties we are at present experiencing. There are no spaces in any of the schools we have been advised to apply for and the only private school in Denia has a long waiting list.

We are also planning to move out to Denia or Els Poblets area and have 3 children aged 12, 13 and 16.  I just wondered how you got on with the schools.

I am trying to find schools that teach in Castilian or offer a Castilian course and am having trouble finding one.

It would be great to hear how you got on and if you settled in OK.  Please do reply.
