I am an Australian jsut about to run out of my 90 visa, I have been awaiting on my UK passport to arrive. I have all documentation to prove my family is from UK and I dont want to be ilegal here so i have booked a flight to the UK on the 26th and return ticket to spain on the 28th and will be travelling with my australian passport is there a good chance they will stop me, and deport me. My partner is working here and supporting me financially we are looking at all options to figure out how to be here legally without getting married. Has any one got any information on applying for permanent residence and is it easy for a NON EU citizen to do so with the support of an EU citizen good references from my spanish family i work for as an au-pair I share an apartment have an address. Has any one done this??

I am using my australian one…I can legally stay in UK for 6 months, was thinking about purchasing a cheap second flight to italy or something as well to mayb to show i am travelling… my partener is a pilot and was planning to meet me at the plane and walk me through spanish passport control. would you recommend this?
I went to East Midlands with my partner for when he did his flight sim for 3 days and they were assholes asked me my whole life story, credit card etc on enetering into the country but leaving was fine. I did this in Jan his year but I had a return ticket to australia but this time i am going to Stansted airport London with no return ticket to Aus.
