Someone has run off owing me over 50,000 euro

Is it possible in Spain to get a legal charge over their properties they have two one of which has a mortgage for about two thirds the value

Overall there is enough money in both properties

Is it a difficult process to do

Yes it is possible ... only if the debt is via a court order in SPAIN

So presumably I need to get my english court order enforced in the Spanish Courts

Is this difficult to do or straightforward?
