Can anyone help me with a great problem. I have a roof top garden on a community. Other property owners here have awnings bolted down , so only semi permanent structures like mine. I am now being told to remove this as they do not wish anymore to be errected. There reason is they do not wish anything aesthetic that will change the outlook of the buildings which are adjoining bungalows. My Gazeebo is not for aesthetic purposes but is a functional addition. Aesthetic being just adornment or an article of beauty completely different to functional. They are now quoting to me that this is the Spanish Law in a letter I have now received. I live in Quesada on a community and this seems very unfair that others can have these but now I have to remove mine as they have ammended their own ruling. Surely if this is their ruling then all must comply. Please help me with this as it is beginning to feel like a war going on.
