i want to take care of my grandfather and have power of attorney on him…he has a home willed to his daughter and son who dont care about him…is it possible to change the will into my name to help support him??any help would be grt.

From your IP address I see you are based in the USA (Minneapolis (?)). Don’t know if this would adversly affect your situation.

As I understand it under Spanish Law the property will go to his nearest surviving relatives and they will be responsible for tax payments etc.

I think you need to get professional advice on this matter, it could be difficult.

Don’t know if anyone else on the forum can help… or correct me if I am wrong…

yes i am in minneapolis right know.i just became a dual citizen and want to move to spain and be around my grand father..just thougt i could get the ball rolling from here..
do you know any good attorneys that can help with something like this???
